Community Campus '87 Supported Housing!

Community Campus '87 is the name of a local organisation which provides housing, support, training and personal development opportunities for young people.
Supported Housing is provided in Middlesbrough, Stockton or Thornaby and is for young people aged 16-25, who are homeless, in need of housing and support.
Support is provided by a team of Tenant Support Workers who are experienced, good listeners, motivated and committed.
We are based in Middlesbrough(St Mary's Centre) and Stockton (Heaven)

Support is about helping young people to help themselves.
Young people have potential, a lot to offer.
Young people have a voice and that their opinions should listened to and respected. Our organisation has grown in response to the seeds of ideas suggested by young people.

Houses are furnished, some are shared and some self contained.
We do not provide 24 hour cover.
There's no need for a bond.
All shared properties have locked bedrooms.
Burglar and smoke alarms fitted.
We do not provide bedding, towels, pots, pans, cutlery, kettle, iron, microwave, TV, TV license, hi-fi, contents insurance.

Contact one of our offices for an application form and return it, or follow one of the links below.
You will be invited along to an interview to meet some of the supported housing staff and to talk about yourself and your application.
The Supported Housing Staff will look at all of the information available and make a decision about whether or not Community Campus '87 is a good option for you and you meet our criteria.
If yes, you will be contacted and the wheels will be set in motion to identify a suitable property, meet other tenants, attend our pre-tenancy course etc.
If no, you will be told of the reasons or the decision and offered some guidance around other housing options
